We make a sincere request to pay close attention to our size measurement chart and follow the instructions diligently to determine your Stoffa size. We are committed to ensuring that your order goes through a strict quality check before shipping. However, in the event that the wrong size is ordered, or in the rare circumstance that you receive a defective pair, exchanges are possible, subject to the following considerations:

1. No exchanges will be entertained on international orders.
2. Exchange is only permitted for another size of the same style. Only in the event that your size is unavailable may you exchange it for another style.
3. Exchange is not permitted on items purchased from our Sale section, customised items, or items purchased under special offers.
4. Please keep the original barcode attached until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges, where applicable, require the original barcode/tag to remain intact and attached to the product.
5. The product must be shipped back to us within 5 working days of receipt, using a trackable courier. Please get in touch with us and obtain confirmation before dispatching the pair. We cannot assume responsibility for returns sent without prior intimation and confirmation.
6. Shipping costs for goods sent to us for exchange will be borne by the client.
7. The item to be exchanged must be shipped back to us unused and in the same condition in which it was received, along with its original packaging. All packing material, stickers, paperwork, and the original barcode/tag must be intact. Our Quality Control team will examine the product, and you will receive a confirmation email followed by a call from our representative.

Exchange Process

2.  Ship the pair to be exchanged along with the exchange note duly filled back to STOFFA, 7, Churchill chambers 1st floor, 32 Boman Behram Marg, diagonally behind Taj, Next to Salvation Army Colaba, Mumbai -400001. Contact – +91 75066 74309.

3.  Once the goods are approved and accepted by our quality control team, we will send you the confirmation of receipt via email followed by a call from our representative.
