REPAIR POLICY

We are definitely open to helping our clients with any repairs that are possible for us to do.

Please note however that, 

1.  Repairs due to manufacturing defects will be accepted only for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. 

2.  Repairs that occur due to wear and tear, or repairs that arise out of the Stoffa product being mishandled and inappropriately stored etc will attract a charge, which is dependent on the extent of damage and will be determined by our team once we physically examine the piece.

3.  An email with the image highlighting the part that needs to be repaired, must be sent to teamstoffa@gmail.com with the subject clearly stating REQUEST FOR REPAIR. 

4.  As repairs require individual attention, they may take upto 2 months for completion.

5.  Repairs must be shipped at the clients cost or physically brought only AFTER the email has been sent to STOFFA, 7, Churchill chambers 1st floor 32, Boman Behram Marg, diagonally behind Taj, Next to Salvation Army Colaba, Mumbai -400001

6.  The cost of repair if any, as well as of shipping the repaired pair back to the customer will be considered on an individual basis and will be informed to the customer prior to the start of the repair. Payment if any can be affected at our Colaba Mumbai store or through a local channel (i.e., Gpay, Paytm, Bank transfer) and cannot be done through the website payment gateway. 

7.  Repairs on international orders will not be entertained unless done through a local channel.
