We make a sincere request to pay close attention to our size measurement chart and follow instructions diligently to arrive at your Stoffa size. We are committed to ensuring that your order goes through a strict quality check before shipping. However, in event of the wrong size being ordered, or in the rare circumstance you receive a defective pair, exchanges are possible keeping the following considerations in mind.

1.  No exchanges will be entertained on international orders. 

2.  Exchange is only permitted on another size of the same style. Only in case your size is unavailable, you could exchange it for another style.

3.  Exchange is not permitted on items purchased from our sale section, on customised items or on special offers. 

4.  Product must be shipped back to us within 5 working days of receipt of product, using a courier that can be tracked. Please do get in touch with us before the pair dispatch. We cannot assume responsibility for returns sent without prior intimation/confirmation.

5.  Shipping costs of goods sent to us for exchange is borne by the client.

6.  The item to be exchanged must be shipped back to us, unused and in the same condition and as received and in the same packaging as well. All packing material / stickers / paperwork must be intact in the box. Our quality control team will examine the product and you will receive a confirmation email and call from our representative.

7.  Shipping cost of exchange to client will be borne by Stoffa. 

8.  The website will only handle exchanges of those goods purchased on the website itself. If you purchase from our store in Mumbai or any other store that stocks Stoffa, the exchange will need to be processed through that channel itself. 

9.  Please note no monetary refund will be given.

Exchange Process

1. Please fill in the exchange note which you can print from this link - Exchange Note 

2.  Ship the pair to be exchanged along with the exchange note duly filled back to STOFFA, 7, Churchill chambers 1st floor 32, Boman Behram Marg, diagonally behind Taj, Next to Salvation Army Colaba, Mumbai -400001. Contact – +91 75066 74309.

3.  Once the goods are approved and accepted by our quality control team, we will send you the confirmation of receipt via email followed by a call from our representative.

We are definitely open to helping our clients with any repairs that are possible for us to do.

Please note however that, 

1.  Repairs due to manufacturing defects will be accepted only for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. 

2.  Repairs that occur due to wear and tear, or repairs that arise out of the Stoffa product being mishandled and inappropriately stored etc will attract a charge, which is dependent on the extent of damage and will be determined by our team once we physically examine the piece.

3.  An email with the image highlighting the part that needs to be repaired, must be sent to teamstoffa@gmail.com with the subject clearly stating REQUEST FOR REPAIR. 

4.  As repairs require individual attention, they may take upto 2 months for completion.

5.  Repairs must be shipped at the clients cost or physically brought only AFTER the email has been sent to STOFFA, 7, Churchill chambers 1st floor 32, Boman Behram Marg, diagonally behind Taj, Next to Salvation Army Colaba, Mumbai - 400001

6.  The cost of repair if any, as well as of shipping the repaired pair back to the customer will be considered on an individual basis and will be informed to the customer prior to the start of the repair. Payment if any can be affected at our Colaba Mumbai store or through a local channel (i.e., Gpay, Paytm, Bank transfer) and cannot be done through the website payment gateway. 

7.  Repairs on international orders will not be entertained unless done through a local channel.
